HERE IS WHAT OTHER METS FANS HAVE TO SAY:
May 28, 2007 Chris is one of the best. He got to know our son during the 2006 season at Harbor Park in Norfolk, VA. Our son asked Chris if he would come to one of his tee-ball games when he could. My wife and I got the schedule out and we found a game that he might make it to. Well, without any fan fare and just as casual as can be, he showed up to a game one Saturday morning. It was one of the coolest things I've ever experienced from a professional sports figure and I'm sure it was a complete thrill for our son. One of the guys he loved to watch play baseball was watching him play. I wish him all the best with the Yankees and hope to see him in the big show very soon.
