Share your memories of Kirk Presley
HERE IS WHAT OTHER METS FANS HAVE TO SAY:
September 18, 2008 Came across his name in a post somewhere else, thought I'd look him up. Surprised to see no one has ever made a comment. He was suppsoedly a distant relative of Elvis.
I saw him pitch up in Cooperstown during HoF weekend in '95(?).
Supposed to be a big prospect, but hurt his arm and never made it
January 23, 2012 I remember when they drafted Kirk. Many of those fake Yankee fans (i.e. MTV hip hop influenced) weren't happy that the Mets had a distant relative of Elvis Presley on their team due to the constant rumors that Elvis was a racist and had ties to the KKK according to Chuck D. and Spike Lee.
