	Former Reds pitcher was traded for Seaver Springfield News-Sun (Springfield, OH), April 8, 2024 Pat Zachry, a recent Rookie of the Year, was one of four players that the Mets received from the Reds in exchange for Tom Seaver in 1977. He would go on to pitch six seasons for the Mets. This is his obituary.
