Joe Petcka went on to become an actor (Sex & the City, What Women Want) and, apparently a cat killer. The April 13 New York Post includes a story alleging that he had a fight with his girlfriend, accused her of caring more for the cat than him. So he goes back the next day and beats the cat to death.
SO HE GOES BACK THE NEXT DAY AND BEATS THE CAT TO DEATH!
Now, we're not talking a heat-of-the-moment ill- thought-out gesture of passion. What we're talking is malice aforethought (or whatever that term is). And he didn't get the cat with a drug overdoes or a sick quick cut (like the legend has Kevin Mitchell doing. He battered the thing to death mano a mano.
What the hell? Here's the link, though I know it won't work forever.
