This story on a young Ron Swoboda was published in a newspaper of his hometown Baltimore in 1965. In the World Series four years later, he would haunt the local team with an incredible catch in Game 4 and a game-winning double in Game 5 to give the Mets the championship. I'm sure the natives never saw that coming!
