A profile of Joan Payson from Newsday's "Paging Women" feature, a section of the paper for news deemed of interest to women. As we saw with an earlier Newsday profile (from 1959), Newsday refers to her as "Mrs. Charles Shipman Payson" and never mentions her actual name, Joan.
