This was Steven Matzâ€™s first appearance in a major league game. His inaugural was delayed several hours since the game from the previous day was suspended and had to be completed â€“ in 13 innings! It was well worth the wait for Matz. He got the win and helped his own cause big time with a double, two singles and four RBIs! It was one of the best debuts in baseball history.
