October 16, 2002 Roger actually was a solid reliever for the 94 Mets considering how bad they were. I'm surprised no one picked him up after that season considering he could also have been a spot starter. Had some decent years with the Giants.
February 24, 2006 A good middle reliever whose career should have been longer. Many fans in and out of Philly feel that Jim Fregosi should have stuck with him in Game 6 of the 1993 World Series instead of bringing in Mitch Williams.
April 15, 2007 Pittsburgh picked him up in '95, and he hurt himself.
March 27, 2008 This was perhaps the most uncoordinated major leaguer ever, but man did he throw the old speedball.
